We are looking for experienced professionals for the positions of Manager Electrical & Instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure timely inspection, servicing, and repair of all electrical systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, and material usage.
- Lead and supervise electricians, technicians, and support staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance for quality and efficiency.
- Identify training needs and support team development.
- Monitor electrical systems and identify risks or failures.
- Troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper load management and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce LOTO procedures.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
- Oversee procurement of tools, spare parts, and materials.
- Maintain inventory and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Qualification: BSc / BE in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant field experience.
