We are hiring Senior Manager Performance Marketing for Lahore based office. This role is responsible to drive profitable customer acquisition, sales growth, and customer retention through measurable, data-driven digital marketing channels and balancing high volume with maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and premium perception. As a performance marketer you will manage the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across various platforms like Meta (Instagram/Facebook), paid Search (SEM & Shopping): Running Google Ads, with a heavy emphasis on Google Shopping (Performance Max) to capture high-intent buyers searching for specific styles or items.
Manage performance marketing KPIs like ROAS, CAC / CPA, conversion, AOV, Customer lifetime value-LTV etc.
