SITUATIONS VACANT: Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology (MNS UET), Multan, established in 2014, is inviting applications for several statutory positions on a 3-year contract basis.

STATUTORY POSITIONS

Position 1:

Title: Registrar (BS-20)
Tenure: 3 Year Contract
Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
Total Vacancies: 01
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent degree recognized by HEC, alongside a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a recognized public/private university or public sector organization; OR
- MS/M.Phil. or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, combined with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a recognized institution or public sector organization; OR
- Master’s degree or a 4-year BS (2nd Division) or equivalent recognized by HEC, along with at least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a recognized institution or public sector organization.

Position 2:

Title: Controller of Examinations (BS-20)
Tenure: 3 Year Contract
Age Limit: 30 to 50 years
Total Vacancies: 01
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent degree recognized by HEC, with at least 8 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a recognized university or public sector body; OR
- MS/M.Phil. or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR
- Master’s degree or 4-year BS (2nd Division) or equivalent recognized by HEC, with at least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Position 3:

Title: Treasurer (BS-20)
Tenure: 3 Year Contract
Age Limit: 40 to 50 years
Total Vacancies: 01
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution, paired with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field; OR
- MS or M.Phil. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or equivalent degree recognized by HEC, along with 10 years of post-qualification field experience; OR
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, M.Sc., or 4-year BS (2nd Division) in Economics or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university, combined with at least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

GENERAL INFORMATION & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Applications require 6 passport-size photographs, verified copies of educational certificates/degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, PEC/PMDC registration (where applicable), CNIC, domicile, and an updated CV.
A non-refundable original Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- addressed to the Treasurer, MNS UET, Multan must be attached. Online payments can be deposited into HBL Mumtazabad Branch Multan (A/C: 12668900875503, Title: MNS UET, Multan).
Current government, semi-government, or autonomous body employees must apply through proper channels with an official NOC.
Applicants must include a “No Pending Inquiry Certificate” from their current employer.
Separate application packages and fees are required if applying for multiple roles.
Only shortlisted applicants will be called for tests/interviews (no TA/DA provided).
The university reserves full rights to withhold or cancel recruitment for any post.
