Position: Assistant Manager HR Talent Acquisition
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office, Plant-based, and Sales teams across Pakistan.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Establish strong liaison with departmental and sectional heads to design job-specific JDs that help identify the right fit for each role.
- Attract key talent through multiple social media channels, employer branding initiatives, and participation in job fairs.
- Coordinate effectively with recruitment consultants and staffing agencies to meet hiring needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree or Business graduate with a major in Human Resources.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in the field of HR, with at least 2 years dedicated to Talent Acquisition role.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
