Position: Quality Assurance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain QA documentation, bug registers, release validation reports, and QA sign-offs.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, scenarios, and execution reports.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Test role-based access, user permissions, and authorization controls.
- Perform performance testing and report system bottlenecks.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing.
- Support UAT and coordinate with business users for validation and sign-off.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Software Quality Assurance, preferably with ERP, enterprise applications, transaction processing, or integrated systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
