Pakistan Refinery Limited is seeking profiles for the position of Manager Supply & Customer Relations in our Commercial Department.

JOB TITLE : Manager Supply & Customer Relations
REPORTS TO : Deputy General Manager Commercial
LOCATION : Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose: Manager Supply & Customer Relations will assist Deputy General Manager Commercial in the sale of petroleum products, smart inventory management, local crude & condensate procurement, pricing strategies, strategic business planning and development, new product management, sales targets setting and departmental budgeting. The incumbent will maintain strong Customer relationships and handle & resolve customer complaints. Manage product sale & purchase agreements, local crude supply agreements and land lease agreements. Represent Company at external forums including OCAC, OGRA and MEPD.

Education: B.E Chemical / MBA
Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Technical Competencies: Well versed with Petroleum Products Specifications, Crude Oil Characteristics, Product Supply Agreements, Freight Contracts, Product Pricing, Risk Management and Compliance, Oil Movement Operations & Logistics, Business Acumen, Negotiation and Analytical skills. Non-Technical Competencies: In Depth Knowledge of Petroleum Industry, Market Research, Problem Solving Skills, Handling Customer Complaints, Critical Thinking & Decision Making, Stakeholder Management and Strong Communication Skills.
