𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for an analytical and commercially driven professional to join us as 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥).

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐨 Develop and maintain category-level inventory plans aligned with sales, margin, and growth targets.
𝐨 Monitor KPI related to inventory health, stock cover, ageing, Sell through, OTB and plan compliance.
𝐨 Ensure optimal allocation of inventory across stores based on sales potential, demand patterns, assortment requirements, and store grading.
𝐨 Analyze sales, inventory, and forecast performance to identify risks and opportunities.
𝐨 Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Store Operations to ensure product availability.
𝐨 Support New Store Openings (NSOs), assortment changes, and seasonal planning activities.
𝐨 Recommend actions for slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
𝐨 Maintain planning reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
𝐨 Continuously improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝐨 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
𝐨 3–5 years of experience in Category Planning, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning within a retail environment.
𝐨 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
𝐨 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions)
𝐨 Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
𝐨 Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
𝐨 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
