Responsibilities
- Manage import/export shipments as per SOPs and process flows.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for freight rates, negotiations, containers, loading schedules, and shipment documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate and GD.
- Coordinate with Finance for Form E, freight payments, supplier payments and import-related documentation.
- Coordinate with customs clearing agents for documentation, duties/taxes, clearance and timely delivery of imported materials.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate loading/dispatch activities for air and sea shipments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents and Commercial Clients.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SCM / Import & Export Operations.
