The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager SSID (School Support & Improvement Department) at our Head Office.

Qualification:

Education: Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field. Certification or training in curriculum development, teacher training, or school leadership will be an added advantage.

Experience : 5–7 years of experience in education management, academic operations, school improvement and quality assurance, teacher training and professional development, academic audits and classroom observation, and assessment data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the annual School Support & Improvement Plan.
Lead all five functional pillars of the department.
Ensure alignment with central academic policies and brand standards.
Present quarterly performance reports to senior leadership
Oversee onboarding of new schools and conversion to TSS academic systems.
Approve readiness audits and compliance benchmarks.
Supervise academic audits and compliance frameworks.
Lead structured intervention plans for underperforming schools.
Monitor centralized assessment outcomes and performance trends.
Approve annual training plans.
Ensure leadership mentoring and instructional coaching frameworks are implemented.
Establish Academic Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor query resolution dashboards and associate satisfaction.
Oversee issuance of academic circulars and newsletters.
Approve development of digital academic resources.
Lead conceptualization and execution of national academic initiatives.
Strengthen alumni engagement through academic contribution.
