Organization: National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited NCCPL

NCCPL is looking for Assistant Manager – Operations in CGT Section.

REQUISITES:

Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Finance/ Professional certification in relevant field or Equivalent.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

 To carry out day to day CGT related activities.
 To coordinate with concerned Finance personnel for CGT related matters.
 To carry out daily CGT procedures and prepare daily.
 Delegation of work to subordinates and organize the work plan
 To assist Manager-CGT Operations in Automation of Internal Process and implementation of stringent control over processes to eliminate manual intervention on the CGT system.
 To handle routine CGT queries from clients.
 Preparation of System Operational Manuals (SOMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of existing and new functionalities related to CGT on timely basis.
 Implementation of amendments proposed through Annual Finance Act.
 To respond or assist in responding to the queries from clients and FBR.
 To submit, on timely basis, data to FBR and other regulatory authorities on request.
 To carry out all inter departmental activities related to CGT.
 To carry-out any other job assigned by the Head of Department.
 Comply with ISMS policies and procedures including any other requirements set forth considering contractual, legal and regulatory needs of the company.
 To ensure compliance of Information Security, Business Continuity and Quality Management system policies & procedures and actively participate in internal and external audits as per their roles and responsibilities.
