𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗠 (𝗖𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴)
We are looking for a quality-focused and experienced professional to join our team and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the fabric cutting process at warehouse Korangi, Karachi.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 4–6 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on experience specifically in Cutting Quality will be preferred.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
- Monitor and control quality at all stages of the cutting process.
- Ensure fabric spreading, marker placement, cutting accuracy, and bundling are performed as per approved standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and minimize cutting defects, fabric damage, shade variation, and wastage.
- Ensure cut panels are accurate in terms of size, shape, quantity, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor cutting-related rejection, rework, and wastage and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and ensure timely reporting of quality issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with defined SOPs, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Lead and guide the cutting quality team and monitor their performance.
