WE ARE HIRING VISUAL MERCHANDISER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand objectives and seasonal campaigns.
Lead research on customer lifestyle, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging visual merchandising concepts to enhance store presentation.
Plan, coordinate, and execute window displays, in-store displays, promotional setups, and seasonal themes to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores, ensuring consistency in product presentation and brand identity.
Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and recommend improvements.
Train, coach, and guide Junior VM Executives and store teams on visual merchandising standards, product placement, and display techniques.
Coordinate with Buying, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Store teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Lead visual merchandising activities for new store openings, renovations, and store refresh projects.
Prepare VM calendars, store visit reports, compliance reports, and action plans to improve store presentation and execution.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of VM materials, fixtures, props, and display assets across all stores.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience through innovative visual merchandising concepts and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and procure food items, beverages, and kitchen supplies as per the company’s quality standards and operational requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Ensure timely purchasing of raw materials to avoid stock shortages and operational disruptions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen/production teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while identifying and developing new reliable suppliers.
Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams for smooth procurement, receiving, and payment processes.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, shortages, delayed deliveries, and damaged goods.
Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, purchase reports, and supporting documentation.
Track supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines, and recommend improvements where required.
Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities without compromising quality.
