WE’RE HIRING — DESIGN CLOSING AUDITOR
No of Position: 1
Location: Sarena Industries, Qila Sattar Shah, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Review designs marked as “closed” by the Production Executive or Supervisor.
- Verify issued fabric quantities and packed kits against the packing list.
- Review cutting reports for each component, including A-Grade, B-Grade, broken pieces, and wastage.
- Analyze whether the design has been properly closed or if any gaps remain.
- Sign the design closing report when all records are clear or return it to the production team for gap resolution.
- Escalate wastage or B-Grade quantities exceeding the approved tolerance limits to the concerned team.
- Conduct random checks of packed kits to verify correct UPC creation.
- Review and sign reconciliation reports by comparing finished-goods packing-list quantities with quantities received in Retail Pro.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory or manufacturing audits.
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
