RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the front desk and warmly welcome visitors, guests, vendors, candidates & business partners.
- Handle incoming calls, visitor records, passes, mail, couriers, and official documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area, meeting rooms, and waiting lounge.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and asset inventory.
- Support company events, management meetings, and guest arrangements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Reception, Administration, Office Coordination, or Front Office Management
- Excellent verbal written, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
- Professional, presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
