Mehran Sugar Mills Limited, a leading sugar manufacturing company, invites applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for the position of HSE Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs across the plant.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws and company policies.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, and Contractor Safety.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and evacuation drills.
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or equivalent).
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in a Sugar Mill, Manufacturing, or Process Industry.
- Sound knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 Management Systems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and computer skills (MS Office).
