Job Description: Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Drive Results: Lead from the front to achieve and exceed assigned CA, SA, cross-selling, and profitability metrics.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
Lead & Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and empower branch staff to deliver seamless customer service.
Market Expansion: Build local business networks and expand JS Bank’s footprint in the area.
Experience: 7-8 years Branch Banking experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)
