We’re Hiring – Sales Officer (Hotel Sales)
Join our team and contribute to the growth of our hotel by developing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and maximizing room, banquet, and corporate sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Requirements:
· Generate new corporate, travel agent, and leisure business to achieve sales targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key accounts
· Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, meetings, and other hospitality services
· Conduct regular sales calls and client visits to generate new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.Prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals in line with hotel policies
· Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
· Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
· Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and regular sales reports
· Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales or CRM systems will be an added advantage
