Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Maintain positive classroom discipline and encourage good behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into daily instruction.
- Conduct lesson observations and maintain student portfolios to monitor progress.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and maintain accurate communication records.
- Organize and contribute to school events and extracurricular activities.
