We Are HIRING MEM (Cold Assets) Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure resolution of all cooler complaints.
- Supervise the technical team and empower them to efficiently resolve cooler issues.
- Maintain optimal stock levels of essential cooler spare parts to avoid shortages during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Issue new coolers into the market based on sales team requests.
- Monitor performance KPIs of technical teams and cooler issuance staff; discuss improvement areas and performance gaps with supervisors.
- Track productivity and market coolers using zero-sale cooler reports and cooler scanning data.
- Share cooler-related reports with the sales team periodically and motivate them to achieve desired results.
- Inspect Mobile Workshop Vans regularly through physical checks at the base and outstation towns.
- Visit MEM Sub-Stations at distributor locations to conduct inventory checks and resolve related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in engineering or Master in Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in Manufacturing Industry.
