JOB POSITION: E.COM EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure product and inventory availability for excellent shopping experience
- Order processing management & follow-ups from Shopify to Customer Delivery
- Coordination with Courier Service for timely deliveries & timely return of non-acceptance orders.
- Reconciliation & verification of courier’s payments.
- To prepare & submit Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Working on OMS and timely fulfilment of online orders
- To create & submit purchase orders in ERP for Services (Telecard, Contegris, Adorasoft, Logistic Partners, and Retainer Partner).
- To ensure order processing and landing of orders on Retail Omni channel or CWS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: BA/BBA/BS in relevant field
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Age: 25-30 Years
