Position: Manager – Yarn Dyeing (Socks Division)
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Yarn Dyeing, preferably in the Socks/Hosiery Textile Industry.
- Strong knowledge of cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, and blended yarn dyeing.
- Expertise in reactive, disperse, acid, and cationic dyeing processes.
- Excellent understanding of color matching, shade approval, lab dips, bulk dyeing, and color fastness standards.
- Experience in production planning, process optimization, and cost control.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with chemical management, dye recipes, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to lead production teams, manage KPIs, and meet delivery targets.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
