ECS is looking for a Manager – Merchandising to lead product development, merchandising strategy, and commercial performance across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fashion/footwear retail, market trends, product development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a sharp focus on delivering the right product, at the right price, for the right customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to final production, ensuring commercially viable collections aligned with ECS brand standards.
Develop the right product mix across fashion, core, evergreen styles, price points, and categories.
Manage sourcing and vendor relationships, while identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
Analyze sales, sell-through, gross margin, average selling price, and product performance to drive category profitability.
Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving products and recommend appropriate commercial actions.
Track international fashion trends, footwear innovations, competitor assortments, pricing, and customer buying behavior to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with Design, Vendors, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless product execution.
Support retail teams through product insights, customer feedback, and assortment recommendations based on regional demand.
Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, new collections, and product performance.
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
Lead and mentor the merchandising team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and build team capabilities.
