We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical STI Officer to manage inventory transactions, monitor stock accuracy, and ensure timely system updates for all inventory movements at warehouse Korangi, Karachi.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
- Process all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and dispatches.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
- Generate inventory, stock aging, and reconciliation reports for management.
- Support cycle counts and annual physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify inventory-related issues and recommend process improvements.
