Springs is looking for a Facility Manager based at Karachi, Pakistan.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of all company facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, security, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
- Conduct regular fire and safety inspections, ensure the availability of firefighting equipment, and coordinate emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other facility-related services.
- Monitor facility-related expenses and control costs within the approved budget.
- Coordinate branch renovations, fit-outs, and facility improvement projects as required.
- Maintain facility records, service contracts, and asset maintenance documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance and administration.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management documentation.
