🔊 We’re Hiring! – Executive Retail Engineering
📍 Location: Rawalpindi

The Executive Retail Engineering is responsible Supervise civil works on retail sites. Majorly, the scope includes supervision of under-construction sites & managing civil works related to maintenance of existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities), RFQs (Request for quotations) for retail sites.
-Supervise works at site as per approved design/drawings
-Manage contractors at site and advice dealers or their representative on engineering related issues.
-Manage technical and feasibility studies, Surveys and site investigations from 3rd parties.
-Arrange for testing/inspection of materials prior to installation to minimize non-conformance at site.
-Verification of quantities as per BOQs & as per site for billing purpose.
-Communicating and liaising effectively with dealers, designer and retail team for timely completion of jobs.
-Preparation & monitoring of project plan and submission of progress reports to management regularly.
-Manage change in design and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.
-Ensure that site meets legal guidelines, health and safety requirements.
-Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that work is completed on time and within budget.
-Manage any project deficiencies that affect operations, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.
-Proper record keeping of all activates at site.
-Frequent visiting dealer site for smooth execution as per approved drawings.
-Provide support to engineering maintenance team on civil related complaints and ensure timely closure of complaints. The scope includes quality assurance and ensuring timely payment to the contractors.

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience (OMC experience preferred).

Education: BS / BSc. (Civil Engineering) – PEC Registered
