- Executive – Procurement, based in Islamabad.
The role is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating pricing, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring proper procurement records. It will also support cost analysis, reporting, and efficient procurement operations across the business.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, along with 2 years of procurement experience, are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software, along with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, is required.

- Operations Manager, based in Karachi.
The role is responsible for managing day-to-day Visa Application Centre operations, including KPIs, SLAs, turnaround times, customer experience, passport logistics, reporting, audits, and Value Added Services performance. It will also involve leading operational staff, ensuring compliance with mission guidelines, quality standards, security protocols, and driving continuous process improvements to support operational efficiency, revenue targets, and workforce productivity.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA/MS, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or customer service leadership, are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
