𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Support payroll coordination by providing accurate employee data and inputs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR policies, and internal audit requirements.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant garment sector experience
Male candidates will be considered based on role requirements.
