QUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE : Fresh or up to 1 year of work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, internal communications, and corporate events.

CSR Strategic Alliances

Support the planning, coordination, and communication of CSR initiatives and partnerships to drive social impact.

Data Collection

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, manage, and communicate project and CSR-related information effectively.

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement practices.
Familiarity with website content management systems and basic digital publishing processes.
Understanding of corporate reporting and internal communications, including newsletters and organisational updates.
Awareness of communication practices for corporate initiatives, projects, and stakeholder engagement.

SKILLS

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Strong content development and editing skills across formats, including social media, website content, reports, and publications.
Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and develop content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with organizational communication standards and brand guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
Familiarity with AI writing tools.
