At Hilal Foods (Private) Limited, we’re looking for a passionate and results driven Shopper Marketing Lead to develop and execute shopper centric marketing strategies that drive category growth, enhance in store visibility, and improve conversion across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
Translate consumer insights into impactful shopper programs and in-store activations.
Lead category growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams.
Design and execute trade promotions, POSM strategies, and visibility campaigns.
Manage channel-specific marketing initiatives across General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
Partner with distributors and field teams to ensure flawless execution.
Identify growth opportunities through market visits, shopper insights, and analytics.
Manage shopper marketing budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
Drive innovation in merchandising, retail visibility, and in-store experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing.
Strong understanding of shopper behavior, category management, and retail execution.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
