We are looking for a results-driven Manager Sales to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Generate new business and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Onboarding of Retail & HNW Clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales management experience (financial services experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
