𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐲𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1-Lead dyeing operations and support new developments in R&D and Product Development (PD).
2-Plan daily dyeing activities, ensure accurate machine loading, execute dyeing recipes, and achieve Right-First-Time (RFT) results with consistent shade matching.
3-Support GWP floor operations during low dyeing volumes to ensure smooth workflow and departmental efficiency.
4-Monitor batch performance, resolve shade variations and dyeing defects, and conduct RCA/CAPA to maintain product quality.
5-Implement Lean practices, Kaizen, and process standardization to minimize rework, chemical consumption, and operational costs.
6-Ensure compliance with RSL, MRSL, and ZDHC standards while maintaining SOPs, production records, and safe chemical handling practices, including PPE compliance.
7-Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting R&D/PD developments, evaluating new products, maintaining updated dyeing recipes, and contributing to departmental objectives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
BSc in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in denim manufacturing.
