Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong channel partnerships? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to manage, expand, and strengthen our dealer network in Gujranwala. In this role, you will drive sales growth, ensure product availability, enhance brand visibility, and help expand our market presence.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Visit assigned territories to maintain relationships with existing sub-dealers and reactivate inactive accounts
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage
- Monitor dealer stock levels, ensure product availability, and achieve sales targets
- Ensure strong product visibility and maintain brand presence at dealer locations
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends while submitting daily field reports
- Resolve dealer concerns related to pricing and stock while coordinating training and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, reporting standards, and sales objectives
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution, or FMCG/Consumer Electronics Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand dealer networks
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
