𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, focused on data reporting and insights.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Head Office, Karachi.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc People & CX reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of all outputs.
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Create management reports, scorecards, and presentations for decision-making.
Analyze customer feedback to identify key improvement drivers.
Generate insights to improve employee experience, customer experience, and performance.
Conduct trend, root cause, and performance analysis for decision support.
Develop KPI scorecards across People & CX functions.
Collaborate with People, CX, Operations, BI teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Support process improvement through data analysis and insights.
Maintain reporting documentation and databases.
Support management with insights, forecasts, and decision support.
Perform additional reporting and analytical tasks as assigned by the management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or operations within the retail industry (mandatory).
Strong command of Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
Good understanding of dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
