Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager – Pakistan

Green Tourism Pakistan is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead the operations of one of our hospitality properties.

Position: Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead and supervise all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational performance to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high performance standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with the Head Office on budgeting, reporting, procurement, and administrative matters.
Ensure effective inventory control, asset management, and cost optimization.
Foster a positive work environment and uphold the organization’s values and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
