Bays International is actively looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to execute brand-building initiatives that drive market growth, customer engagement, and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with sales, trade marketing, and product teams.
- Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, digital, retail & communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for creative development and campaign execution.
- Conduct regular market research and customer feedback analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management in FMCG, Retail or Beauty industry.
