Chase Value is looking for an 𝗔𝗜 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 to drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the business.
The role is not mainly a coding or hardcore data science role. It is a business transformation role focused on identifying manual, inefficient, or outdated workflows and replacing them with AI-enabled, automated, and smarter processes.
The person will work across merchandising, planning, supply chain, marketing, e-commerce, HR, finance, and store operations to find practical AI use cases, coordinate implementation with IT/vendors, train teams, and ensure adoption.

Key focus areas include:

Building an AI transformation roadmap.
Identifying high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
Improving workflows and reducing manual work.
Using AI tools, dashboards, and automation platforms.
Supporting better reporting and data-driven decisions.
Coordinating between business teams, IT, and external vendors.
Training teams on AI tools and new processes.
Ensuring responsible and secure use of AI.

The ideal candidate should be curious, hungry to learn, business-minded, tech-comfortable and execution-focused. Python or machine learning knowledge is useful, but not mandatory. The person must understand business problems and be able to convert them into practical AI or automation solutions.

Preferred experience includes business transformation, process improvement, data analytics, automation, retail operations, e-commerce, or technology implementation.
