Itel Mobile is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations through data management, reporting, coordination, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the DCR system and sales operational data.
Prepare and analyze PSI, sales, and management reports.
Coordinate with distributors, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor orders, shipments, inventory, and stock availability.
Support sales planning, forecasting, and reporting optimization.
