We Are Hiring Team Lead – Brand Ambassador
Job Details:

Role Overview: The Team Lead – Brand Ambassador will be responsible for managing and guiding nationwide Brand Ambassador teams to ensure smooth field operations and target achievement. The role focuses on team leadership, performance monitoring and coordination of daily sales activities. It also includes supporting recruitment, training and reporting of field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Brand Ambassadors / Sales Promoters.
- Supervise field teams and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in recruitment, screening and onboarding of Brand Ambassadors nationwide.
- Monitor and maintain daily sales reports, attendance and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and promotional targets.
- Provide training, guidance and motivation to field teams for better performance.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales, retail or field supervision.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Reporting tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage field teams and achieve targets under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
