The Assistant Manager – Certified Used Car Operations will support the end to end execution & monitoring of the Certified Used Car program across dealerships. This role combines Field Operations and Marketing & Planning responsibilities, focusing on SOP compliance, sales performance, dealer capability development, marketing execution and consistent branding. The position requires close coordination with internal teams, dealers and partners to ensure smooth operations, enhanced customer experience and achievements of business targets.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Ops. Management or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, used car business, or marketing.
- Good understanding of used car operations, inventory management, pricing strategies and sales processes.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and reporting tools. Good Communication and problem solving abilities.
- Project ad stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and travel frequently to dealership locations.
