WE ARE HIRING MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (Industrial Engineering)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve productivity.
- Support line balancing, manpower utilization, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Monitor production performance, efficiency, and key operational KPIs.
- Assist in SMV calculations, capacity planning, and production analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Maintain IE documentation, reports, and performance records.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
