JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end facility management including housekeeping, office services, guest receptions and landscaping etc. across all sites.
- Manage official company events, board meetings, and high-level guest protocols. Closely coordinate and supervise staff management and events at the director’s residence.
- Oversee the timely renewal of all NOCs, operational licenses, and statutory permits..
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government bodies, utility departments, and local authorities to represent and protect the company’s interests.
- Manage third-party contractors through strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to global food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). Monitor food quality and cost-effectiveness at all sites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong grasp of industrial safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in project management & contract negotiation.
