BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates for Senior Executive Human Resources to join their dynamic Human Resources team at Gharo Plant.
Qualification: BBA / MBA in Human Resources
Experience: 2 to 4 years of plant experience
Responsibilities:
The role will support the HRBP function in implementing HR initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations to ensure effective people support for business and plant operations. The role will assist managers with day-to-day HR matters and workforce planning activities while preparing HR reports, dashboards, and employee data analyses to support decision-making. The incumbent will support the implementation of HR policies and people initiatives across the organization.
The incumbent will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities, maintain job descriptions and recruitment records, and ensure a seamless employee onboarding experience. The role will also support performance and development processes by coordinating training programs, tracking development plans, and assisting in the administration of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
In addition, the Senior Executive HR will execute employee engagement activities, communication sessions, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture. The role will support the resolution of employee concerns and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
The position will also be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, contract renewals, transfers, and separations. The incumbent will maintain employee records and HRIS data, support payroll-related activities, and ensure timely HR reporting, documentation, and record management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates for Assistant Manager PE&M to join their dynamic Plant Operations at Gharo Plant:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation, enhancement, and rollout initiatives to strengthen maintenance operations and system effectiveness. Analyze plant maintenance requirements and coordinate SAP PM system modifications and customizations in line with operational requirements and maintenance standards. Support SAP PM module enhancement and system adaptation activities to ensure alignment with company processes and maintenance workflows. Review SOPs, maintenance procedures, and process documentation to maintain system integration and process consistency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and end users to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Support master data management, maintenance plans, notification management, work order execution, spare parts integration with MM, and maintenance cost tracking through CO modules. Contribute to maintenance system integration with Machine Learning and smart maintenance initiatives to improve operational efficiency and predictive maintenance capabilities. Provide troubleshooting support, end-user assistance, system recommendations, and training to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM functionalities while maintaining reporting accuracy and process compliance.
