𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Manage end-to-end knit merchandising from development to bulk production.
o Field visits to factories and vendors for follow-ups and issue resolution.
o Strong understanding of CMTS processes, costing, and timelines.
o Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams for sampling, approvals, and production.
o Onboard new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
o Handle price negotiations, costing discussions, and commercial terms effectively.
o Ensure quality compliance, timelines, and on-time deliveries.
o Resolve production and quality issues proactively.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o 3–5 years of relevant experience in Knits Merchandising.
o Prior experience with retail and textile firms.
o Strong hands-on knowledge of knit fabrics, CMTS, and merchandising workflows.
o Excellent vendor dealing and negotiation skills.
o Willingness to travel for field coordination.
o Good communication and problem-solving skills.

o Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
o Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirements.
o Will be responsible for increasing sales & enhancing customer experience.
o Train staff on a regular basis.
o Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
o Lead the team and sections under one department.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-

o 3 to 5 years of experience in a well-known fashion retail brand as a Branch Manager or in a similar capacity.
o Minimum Graduation.
o Communication, people and leadership skills are must.

𝐨 Assist in conducting regular quality inspections and site checks
𝐨 Support QA team in ensuring compliance with company quality standards
𝐨 Help identify quality issues and report findings
𝐨 Coordinate with production and site teams for quality control activities
𝐨 Assist in preparing inspection reports and maintaining documentation

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-
