Position: Senior Manager – IT
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT projects.
- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and mentor the IT team and handle vendor relationships.
- Maintain the IT budget with a focus on cost efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Computer Systems from an HEC-recognized university. PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Technical Competencies: Network Design, Data Centre Management, IT Security and Compliance, disaster recovery, vendor and contract management, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization.
