Position: Sr. Associate/Assistant Manager – Unit Holder Section

Department: Operations & Registrar

Location: Karachi

Alfalah Asset Management Limited (AAML) is seeking a proactive Senior Associate / Assistant Manager for its Operations & Registrar Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth unit holder transaction processing, maintaining KYC/AML document compliance, and coordinating effectively with distributors while delivering accurate and timely MIS reporting.

Key Expectations:

Receive, record, and process all unit management transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Induction of transactions in FMS (CDC) and performing fortnightly reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Review investor account-opening documents to ensure compliance with Offering Documents, KYC and AML requirements.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant distributors/sales originators until full resolution.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS of transactions and share with relevant stakeholders as required.
Preparation and submission of NCCPL monthly reporting within stipulated timelines.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mutual fund operations, registrar services, and KYC/AML compliance standards.
Proficient in MIS reporting and MS Excel with effective coordination and follow-up skills.
Clear communication skills & ability to manage internal/external stakeholders under deadline pressure.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in mutual funds/asset management Operations & Registrar services.
