Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and finalise purchase orders (POs) in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply conditions to optimise purchasing decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, warehouse) for demand planning and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and improve procurement efficiency.
