HR EXECUTIVE – (FEMALE)
Requirement : B. Com / M. Com | 2–4 years of HR Operations experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate, review, and monitor employee attendance reports
- Reconcile attendance records with departmental inputs
- Update employee rosters as per operational requirements
- Maintain employee leave records in HR systems and Excel
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing
- Retrieve final attendance data for payroll preparation
- Reconcile attendance records with payroll data
- Verify category allowances and accommodation eligibility
- Process payroll adjustments including salary revisions, allowances, increments, and arrears
- Address employee queries related to payroll
- Maintain accurate HR operational records and reports
- Support employee data management and HR documentation
- Assist HR leadership with retail workforce operational tasks
- Perform additional HR operational assignments as required by management
