KE Ventures Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of K Electric Limited is seeking disciplined and experienced project development professionals. KE Ventures is mandated to develop and establish multiple projects/businesses that can leverage and benefit from KE’s expertise, infrastructure, connectivity and access. . Targets will include adjacent sectors, such as renewable energy and BESS; E Mobility; ICT and Fintech; infrastructure services; energy intensive industries; etc.

Requirements for these roles include conducting research and analysis, developing and evaluating project concepts, conducting feasibilities, creating appropriate structures, soliciting experienced partners, and other activities up until establishment.

Qualification/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, economics, finance, market research, etc).
· Proven experience of 3 to 12 years in project development and analysis, business research and forecast, financial projections, private equity, technology and/or other relevant fields.
· Creative, analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, independently and as part of a team.

Business Idea Generation:
· Collaborate with the New Ventures Team to brainstorm and develop innovative business concepts and ideas.
· Evaluate the viability and potential of these ideas based on market insights.

Pre-Feasibility Studies:
· Develop pre-feasibility studies for selected business ideas, assessing their economic, technical, and operational feasibility.
· Analyze potential risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Collaboration:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and develop business understanding of the company operations and concepts.
· Act as a bridge between research and practical implementation.
