We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who have expertise in Quality Washing. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Guide the quality team on customer standards and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with approved samples and instruction plans.
- Oversee inspection of whiskers and scrap as per customer specifications.
- Conduct spray inspection and ensure bulk production matches approved samples.
- Verify shade bands against customer approved samples.
- Monitor daily production targets and share reports with relevant departments.
- Lead meetings with team leads to address washing related issues.
- Ensure post wash measurements meet specs and production targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile or in a related field.
- 04 – 06 years of experience in Quality Washing.
- Strong knowledge of garment washing processes and quality standards.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
