Islamabad Club Jobs July 2016  SITUATION VACANT: Islamabad Club is seeking for hard working, self motivated, professionals, determined, dynamic and well disciplined staff for different vacant positions such as  following.Kindly read carefully and apply in appropriate vacancies accordingly.
HR Officer:Â Minimum 01-03 years of experience in the same capacity in a reputed organization or hospitality industry. Must be familiar with the concepts of Human Resource Management. Must be proficient in MS Office and communication skills. Must be graduate, should be 25-35 years of age.
Assistant Maintenance Engineer (Civil):Â The candidate should be a Civil Engineer with at least five years experience in a similar capacity. Must be good in communication and coordination, supervisory and problem solving skills. Should be 30-40 years of age.
Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor:Â Minimum 04-05 years of experience as Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor in a reputed organization or Club. The candidate must have knowledge of housekeeping standards, must have good supervisory and guest handling skills. Proficient in MS office applications. Minimum qualification is F.A. However, preference will be given to graduates.
Cashier:Â Minimum 01 year of experience as cashier in a reputed organization. Must be good in cash handling. Minimum qualification is B.com
Minimum 01-03 years of experience in the same capacity in any 05 star hotel or Club. Presentable appearance and good communication skills. Minimum qualification is F.A, should be 20-30 years of age.
Paramedical staff [part time]:Â Paramedical staff is required for in-house medical facility. Candidate should be well versed with different types of medicines and can operate ECG, BP apparatus. Minimum qualification is B.Sc (Nursing) from HEC recognized university or 2 years diploma in nursing from recognized nursing board.
Security Guard/ Expert [Male/Female]:Â Minimum 03-05 years of experience as Security Guard in a reputed organization. Knowledge of security surveillance equipment, Weapons Training with civil defense course. Must be good in guest handling. Minimum qualification is F.A. However, preference will be given to graduates.

Assistant Manager Cinema
Minimum 03-04 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization. The candidate must have experience of dealing with film distributors. Must have sufficient knowledge of film rating system and evaluation. Must have excellent supervisory skills, guest handling and good written/ verbal communication skills. Minimum qualification is B.A/B.Sc. Brief
Job description is as follows:
- Ability to deal/ coordinate with the distributors independently.
- Ensure timely availability of approved movie
- Booking of hall in case of a movie premiere
- Coordinate with other departments
- Responsible for checking, seating of guests and timely running of movie
- To ensure that KDM is in order
- Close coordination with the Projector Operators daily to ensure smooth working of projector.
- prepare projector maintenance schedule with the projector operator
- Make sure that info signs are properly displayed i.e. No smoking/infants are not allowed/No photography etc.
- Ensure the presence of cinema staff on duty during the show
- Fully aware of what to do in case of emergency
Projector Operator
02-03 years experience of handling digital cinema equipments in any reputed organization. Knowledge of Barco digital cinema projector, Barco Server and multi channel audio processor. Must have sufficient experience of handling electrical and electronic equipments. Must be familiar with basic computer knowledge. Minimum qualification is F.Sc.
Usher/Guest Relations Officer
Presentable personality with good communication skills. Must be good in guest handling. Minimum qualification is FA. Should be 20-25 years of age. Candidates with cinema experience will be preferred.
